Due to hygiene issues, all earring products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless you receive the wrong item or a defective product.
For other products, Perletal offers a 14-day return and exchange service from the date of purchase. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
To request a return or exchange, please email us to perletetcristal@gmail.com with the following information:
1. Name, contact number, and address
2. Order number
3. Reason for return/exchange
4. Clear photos
Please note that shipping costs for returns/exchanges will be covered by the customer, and packages must be sent with a registered tracking number to ensure delivery.
If you received the wrong or defective item, we will cover the shipping cost.
Each order is eligible for one return or exchange only.

4. International buyers handle all duties, taxes, and import fees. Prices in HKD; sales final on discounted items.
